Problem is that after a six month if i still dont like the result they will have to re-cut the bone again but in the first six week post op bone still not fully grown and reversal is easier.. But i want to know the complications.

I dont think that bonded material can damage the enamel

U have to see the orthodontist, if its bonded it shouldint move.

Lip incompetence has an issue with upper jaw prutrusion and a sliding genio is done mostly for cosmetic reasons so check first with an orthodintist before going to the maxillofacial surgion
