I'm also from Sweden and would like to get in contact with someone who has completed (or almost completed) an ALF treatment after having four teeth extracted in childhood/adolescence. The two dentists I've had recommended to me are Geir Olsen in Norway and Hugh McDermott in Ireland. Has anyone here ...
