Surgically widening the pallet is the most unstable procedure you can do so find a great surgeon. When you bring the mandible forward it should widen a little. LeFort 3 is pretty rare.
Probably means 3 piece Le Fort, usually done to fix asymmetry.

Consult with a maxillofacial surgeon.

It is possible to surgically widen the upper jaw. The lower jaw might require grafting of some sort to widen.
