Invisalign messed up my bite terribly. My new ortho is trying to fix it with regular braces. We are having a bit of trouble intruding the anteriors. Can anterior teeth be filed down as opposed to intruding them? Has anyone had this done or heard of it?

I've been having intruding done on my anteriors, but the problem is, the more he intrudes them the more I hit on my posterior teeth and it's super painful. Can teeth be filed down instead of intruding?

My bottom lower teeth are too high to the point where it's hard for me to kiss. How can the bottom arch be lowered? Is intruding teeth the only option? Please help.

I have braces and still get lots of attention, every guy has a crush on me at work, and I met and fell in love with someone with braces on. I'm just glad that I didn't let braces stop me socially.
