Ive been having trouble with the color of my teeth for a while sooo I was wondering if anyone can tell me if PlusWhite toothpaste really works...
Ive been told it is really good with removing stains...

Ceramic braces (uppers and lowers)

The initial pain varies between people,for me it was 3 and half weeks of soft foods cause i coudnt stand chewing anything solid. Also i couldnt bare my upper teeth touching my lower ones: IT HURT SO BAD.

All i can say is be patient maybe for you the pain will go away faster.

i have had the same problem, and today i went to the orthos office and he told me i could get a cleaning on my next appt. WHAT A RELIEF! FEWW!

why dont u ask your ortho if thres a chance he could clean up ur teeth in the next couple of days...

I have some braking news people! :jump: My appt. was rescheduled, so i went today to my ortho's office and he told me that my treatment might be over in february!!!!! SO IT SEEMS LIKE MY CRAVINGS WILL BE OVER IN ABOUT 4 MONTHS! ps: today my craving was: biting an apple... Oh my God! it looked sooooo...

They look great.

I have ceramics on uppers and bottoms and they do not glow in a backlight... so dont worry.

I highly recommend the ceramic ones cause theyre much less noticiable and if this is ure first time with braces, the adjustment to ure ''new look" will be easier.

Ive had elastics for almost 2 months , and unfortunately for me(sigh), theyve hurt the entire time. i only use them at night cause i cant talk w/ them or even slghtly open my mouth... THEYRE THE WORST THING IN THE ENTIRE TREATMENT!!! dont u think so?
