Oh wow, I know how you feel! It's like you want to go to sleep and not wake up until the surgery date.. I'm still waiting on a confirmed date for my BSSO and it seems like it's never going to be here. It's so hard not to put your life on hold until it's over. You just have to remember that your teet...

I don't think anyone has ever offered me it before I had braces on, it's like they know... I could probably cut it off the co...

Hey, thanks! I was hoping on leaving 1.5 - 2 months between the travel and the surgery, so I guess if all goes well I should be good. Of course, now I have a new question. This one is purely curiosity really.. When I bring my lower jaw forward so that my front teeth are where they should be, it seem...

I'm lucky enough to not have had elastics yet, but my ortho says that he's gonna have me in a TON of them soon. Isn't it hard to remember where to put them, especially if you have quite a few?

BSSO-- A few questions

Hello, I'm new here. :) Sometime this year (ortho's prediction is August or September) I'll be having jaw surgery to correct my huge overbite. I've had my braces on for about a year, and had 2 extractions before I got the lowers on. My teeth are pretty straight now, the front ones only miss each oth...
