I am 35 years old and I had the clear braces put on today. It has been 2 hours. I have eaten and brushed my teeth with scarcely any pain, no rubbing on my gums or hardly any discomfort at all. I was very apprehensive about getting it done as I have heard horror stories about the pain but I am pleasantly surprised. I know they said I would be in discomfort and I may well be but so far so good. I highly recommend the clear, they were only $350 more and it was completely worth it.
