I'm 19 now but realised last year that my front right tooth had started to cross over. I was referred to an orthodontist towards the end of '05 and everything has moved fairly quickly since then.

I had my brace fitted yesterday, I wasn't offered coloured brackets or anything, I have white on the front and metal at the back with a white wire, I wanted pink ones but I think I would have hated it. I've already broken one bracket off so I'm going to have to go back to the orthodontist to get it fixed! Had soup and yogurt so far, I can tell I'll be losing weight.
